| Mr. Lawyer Ballhorn founded his lawyer’s office in Munich more than 30 years ago and therefore knows all the Munich courts and authorities very well. For many years, Mr. Lawyer Ballhorn was responsible for the training of law interns in their preparation for the Second State Examination and for the training of legal assistants for the secretary’s office.
This alone keeps him constantly up to date on the current status of the jurisdiction. In 1977, the book “Rechtsfälle des täglichen Lebens” (“Legal cases of every-day life”), a legal guide written by Detlef Ballhorn, was published at Golmann Publishing House. It deals with the central issues that any citizen might be confronted with, from dissolution of marriage to tort law. Mr. Lawyer Ballhorn is currently working on a new edition of this book which takes into consideration the newest developments in jurisdiction. |

| The lawyer’s office is easily accessible by public transport, e.g. with the subway trains U3 or U6 from Marienplatz until Goetheplatz. You will find the lawyer’s office only a few metres from Goetheplatz in the direction of the city centre and the main station. Sufficient parking spaces are also in close proximity of the lawyer’s office. You can reach us via telephone from Mondays to Thursdays from 9 am to 5 pm without a break and on Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm. Of course you are also welcome to leave us a message on the answering machine explaining your concern. We will return your call as soon as possible.
