| The lawyers’ remuneration is generally based on the Lawyer’s Remuneration Act RVG and the value in dispute.
With no other written arrangement about remuneration the costs for an initial consultation of consumers are € 190 maximum and limited to € 250 for an additional consultation (each plus expenditures and VAT). |
